Coordination of Internship Goals

The interns who will be leaving for Saparua at the end of this month have met the Bintari team members. Rintati and Zaida have done a lot of preparatory work in recent months to make this possible. The teams complement each other in the search for suitable solutions that fit the context of small islands.

Synergy

Bintari, Coral Triangle Center, The Clean Planet Project, Happy Green Islands, and the Indonesian Diaspora Network The Netherlands are increasingly collaborating towards a shared goal: a cleaner, healthier, greener, and more sustainable living environment. This time, the focus is on Saparua and Banda, with the aim of creating a blueprint for sustainable waste management for small islands worldwide.

Together we make small islands BIG

Zaïda and Rintati's presentation at the IDN Global Summit two weeks ago resulted in several new contacts. The focus on small islands is increasingly being recognized by national governments. It looks like Zaïda and Rintati will also find the means to realize our dream. TOMA!

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
