Complaints & Integrity
We take complaints seriously—because they help us improve and protect people. While our board and volunteers work hard to prevent issues, things can go wrong. We welcome reports about our own conduct and about problems in our context and supply chains (e.g., unsafe working conditions, abuse of power, child labor, unequal treatment). Your signal helps us act early and uphold integrity.
1) Organizational complaints
Email admin@happygreenislands.nl or fill out the form above. We will acknowledge receipt within 7 days and aim to resolve your complaint within 4 weeks.
2) Integrity complaints (confidential)
Contact our confidential advisor, Patricia Kaihena, for an independent, confidential process. Use the contact form (choose “Integrity complaint”) or email admin@happygreenislands.nl with the subject “Confidential: Integrity complaint” and it will be forwarded directly to her. You’ll receive an acknowledgment within 7 days.
We accept complaints in English, Dutch, Bahasa Indonesia, and Ambon Malay. You may report anonymously; all complaints are handled with care and protection from retaliation.
